"Working with Elliot has been the catalyst I needed to take my business to the next level. He is a master of his craft, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and was able to advise me at every step of the process to help grow my business. He was always friendly, patient, professional — and a genuine joy to work with.

At first, I was unsure how to move forward with developing my website and strengthening my online presence. With guidance from Business Think, I was able to create a clear marketing plan that enabled me to grow my social media following, transform my website, and establish new communication channels for both B2C and B2B — quickly and effectively.

Thanks to Elliot’s support, I implemented the plan far more quickly than I ever could have on my own. I’m now able to keep customers regularly updated on new services and products, I receive more enquiries through my website, and my online audience has grown significantly. This has been a major step forward in the digital growth of my business."

"I always felt comfortable asking questions — no matter how small or insignificant they seemed. With Elliot’s technical knowledge and experience, his answers were always easy to understand, and he explained things clearly without unnecessary jargon.

Working with Elliot was both incredibly helpful and rewarding. I would highly recommend him, and I’m absolutely delighted with my updated website and online presence. I've received fantastic feedback and seen an increase in sales as a result — which is just brilliant."

Project summary

WordPress to Shopify

The original website for Mollins Antis Interiors had been built using WordPress and was visually appealing. However, Claire had grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of control over her content and the limitations around creating e-commerce products. A Shopify solution was recommended to resolve these issues.
The first challenge was to create a visual presentation and user experience that not only matched but exceeded the design quality of the previous site, with a strong focus on improving sales conversions. While many Shopify themes are geared towards traditional online retail layouts, it was essential — particularly in the interior design sector — that the website delivered a high-end, brochure-quality aesthetic.

We spent time carefully reviewing a number of design options before selecting the right theme and layout. Once the new Shopify site was built, full control was returned to the team at Mollins Antis Interiors — enabling quick, easy updates to products and content, and eliminating the hidden fees often associated with making changes on WordPress platforms.

During the build process, we collaborated on creating a simple, strategic marketing plan focused on attracting a high-value customer base. Key components of this plan included search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing via MailChimp, and a targeted Google Ads campaign focused on specific postcodes where the most likely buyers were located.

Recognising that the buying cycle in interior design can span several months, we implemented a remarketing campaign. This allowed the business to re-engage website visitors over time — a crucial step in the B2C space, where decisions are rarely made instantly.

To support business-to-business referrals, we also developed a LinkedIn marketing campaign, equipping Claire with the skills to follow a step-by-step outreach process. This helped overcome common barriers when trying to connect with high-value, hard-to-reach prospects.

The marketing approach we developed is what we call a ‘joined-up’ strategy — where every marketing action supports and reinforces all others. This integrated method strengthens the overall effectiveness of the campaign and drives targeted traffic to the new Shopify website, designed to convert interest into satisfied, loyal customers.
